Welcome in the Summer with community, movement, and intention!
Join us in the sunshine in the beautiful garden where Patricia Gomez will guide us into some mindful movement! Co-facilitator Natasha Nazerali will lead an intention setting practice to blossom into the Summer season with purpose and clarity. This will be a great opportunity to reflect and connect with community. We’ll save some time after for celebrating over tea, refreshments, and light snacks.
